Building Commissioning »

To properly commission a building it is important to run an intensive quality assurance process. This review must begin in, and include the design phase through construction, occupancy, and operations. Obtaining a peer review by someone other than the actual designer to truly determine if the plans are properly constructed is an important part of the Owner’s due diligence process, insuring that the building operates initially as intended. This commissioning process includes verifying that the building staff are prepared to operate and maintain its systems and equipment.
