Andrea Tsakanikas, President »

Andrea is currently hired by real estate organizations, management companies, corporations, developers, institutions, and retail store chains as an acquisition specialist and advisor to assist in the selection, purchase and management setup of their property/asset management systems. In addition to her work as a consultant and trainer, she has authored a rental and management manual for the trade. Andrea specializes in property management, leasing and acquisitions of single family bulk portfolios, class A, B and C multi-family investment properties and lease-ups, remediating distressed projects and management of thousands of units at one time. She has owned, operated and sold a property management and rental company, Florida Luxury Rentals. Through this real estate company, Andrea represented hundreds of investors seeking to purchase single family and small multi-family buildings to place in her management portfolio of 475 weekly-rental vacation properties, with one time attaining 2,000 properties in the portfolio. Properties were then managed from one centralized location, using a multi-family on-site model.

Kenny Tsakanikas, Executive Vice President »


As Executive Vice President Kenny is in charge of the implementation of teams throughout the US and Internationally. His career experience as Owner’s Representative in the management of construction projects types including: residential, commercial, multi-family, hospitality, high rise, office, mixed use, retail, industrial, institutional, municipal, data centers and critical mission facilities. He has been retained by institutional and private investors, lenders to evaluate real property to quickly identify and manage problem assets. He understands value and the technical end of a project from both a Field/Trade and Kenny served as President of his own construction company for over two decades. He possesses multiple State and International construction licenses.

Eric Arrington »

Eric Arrington is an experienced trial attorney with many years of experience and over 30 jury trials tried to verdict. Mr. Arrington brings a varied array of practice areas to the firm, having successfully litigated commercial litigation, contract disputes, breach of contracts, premises liability, property damage, personal injury, and employment discrimination defenses related to the construction industry. Mr. Arrington has successfully negotiated numerous settlements and participated in many varied successful mediations/arbitrations.

William Bryan »

Bill is an Air Force veteran with 37 years of electrical contracting experience. Bill spent five years as an IBEW apprentice, before moving on to a variety of projects such as shopping centers, hospitals, oil refinereries and nuclear power plants. In 1984 Bill was one of the founders of Stryker Electric, one of South Florida’s pre-eminent electrical contractors. Bill has served in the capacity of Executive Vice President for 25 years. In 2008 Suffolk Construction named Bill and his team as “Subcontractor of the Year.”

Denice Davitian »

As director of the real estate services team, Denice’s responsibilities include Sales, Leasing & Property/Asset/Facility Management of residential and commercial products. Denice manages and directs projects for investment groups, developers and real estate corporations with an aggregate management portfolio of 2800+ units and more than 6,000 tenants. She is retained to convert distressed and non-performing projects into profitable products to allow developers and owners to realize a higher return at disposition. Denice attains an outstanding track record in Property and Asset Management, Production and Marketing in the Southeast. The types of properties she manages include large portfolios of bulk single family residential and multi-family developments. Her high level of initiative combined with detail and a quality-driven approach focuses on achieving results that flow directly to the asset’s bottom line.

Keith Etchison »

A Marine Corp veteran with more than 35 years of Construction experience, Keith has literally come through the ranks. A native of Pittsburgh, Keith left home for service in Vietnam and upon completion of duty he found himself in the construction field. In a very short time Keith was working in the Middle East as a field superintendent on a variety of projects. Keith honed his field management skills with industry heavyweights such as Odebrecht and Coastal. Keith brings a confidence grounded in the experience of having delivered project after project on time and within expectations.

Eric Geen »

Mr. Geen has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry as a construction project manager, risk manager and claims consultant. His construction experience and knowledge includes a broad spectrum of municipal, industrial, commercial, medical, transportation, civil, power and various types of institutional projects. His extensive resume includes project management and monitoring, claims analysis defense and preparation, CPM scheduling and analysis, budgeting and cost estimating. He has been involved in the risk analysis and management of several public/private partnerships for municipal wastewater treatment plants, correctional institutes and toll roads. His early experience includes working as a mechanical design engineer. He also worked initially as a senior project manager for a large mechanical, electrical and controls contractor with responsibilities for all areas of projects from conceptual design to certificate of occupancy.

William Hornbake »

Bill is a professional scheduler with 24 years of experience in all phases of construction. Bill specializes in using state of the art scheduling techniques to improve the overall performance of the project. Bill has a keen understanding of construction techniques to assist in the development, monitoring and analysis of the construction schedule. Bill is proficient in P5/P6, P3 and Suretrak; having utilized Primavera products for more than 20 years. Bill brings a unique perspective to scheduling following his years of project management and scheduling with Barclay, White and Skansa as well as Centex.

Eric Kahn »

Eric has 29 years for estimating, technical services and project management experience. Eric is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. Eric’s amazing diverse background includes national and international industrial experience as well as extensive project management duties. During the last decade Eric has served as either Lead or Senior Estimator for Turner and Moss and Associates on their notable projects.

Joel Klaits »

For over 40 years Joel has been a practicing attorney specializing in real estate, contracts, mediation and consulting. He has been in private practice, also worked on staff as an attorney for the Florida Bar Association and as a Court Magistrate in Broward County, Florida. He offers expertise in the construction process and contract verbage. His knowledge and experience offers invaluable assistance in contract review, applicable law, negotiations and claims analysis.

Bradley Skorepa »

Bradley is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He brings 26 years of successful commercial control experience to KT and our clients. His project experiences include Class A Office buildings, Hospitals, College Campuses and resorts. Bradley’s early work experience includes more than ten years with Johnson Controls in their HVAC DDC Division. Bradley is experienced in dbase and Access and is certified in Delta GCL+.

James R. Tucker »

Jim Tucker, with his unprecedented construction experience, is recognized by many as the “Dean of General Contractors” in the Southeast. Jim was previously the sole owner and Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board, and President of Frank J. Rooney Inc.

Under Tucker’s leadership, Frank J. Rooney became the largest construction firm in Florida and one of the largest in the nation, with offices and subsidiaries in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando, Atlanta, Tampa, Memphis, Little Rock, Dallas and Houston. Projects completed under his aegis at Rooney are highlighted in the projects section. Tucker was responsible for merging Frank J. Rooney, Inc. with Centex Corporation headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

James R. Tucker is an Expert Witness providing courtroom testimony on construction industry issues and standards. Mr. Tucker is also recognized as a leading construction consultant and construction manager.
